JANUARY Hair

For this color I used two different shades of red Feria hair dye. The bangs are supposed to be lighter than the color in the back.

Mini Rant on Homophobia.

WARNING: RANT --This post is all over the place.

My dad doesn't like me watching "gay" movies or reading "gay" literature, and I think it's because he thinks that being gay is contagious or something. The books I got for Christmas were Girl Interrupted and Brokeback Mountain. People have this idea that Girl Interrupted is a 'lesbian book' because the two main characters are girls. They do not have a romantic relationship. I think Susanna maybe kisses Lisa, but for the most part their relationship is like a friendship or as if they were sisters. I remember when I asked my friend if we could watch it and she said 'I don't like lesbians, they make me uncomfortable". And people just love the laugh at Brokeback Mountain. "LOL BUTTSEX". Obliviously they haven't seen the fucking movie because the story is tragedy and is a lesson that society should be educated about. I remember when me and my friend were talking about the movie in class and a guy heard us and said "Heath Ledger is in that movie? Respect lost." RESPECT SHOULD BE FUCKING GAINED YOU HOMOPHOBIC ASSHOLE. That was one of his best roles in my opinion and a very hard role to portray. Respect earned mother fucker! When my parents found out I didn't shave my armpits they assumed I was a lesbian. A boy at school said he assumed I was a lesbian because I listened to The Beatles and had short hair. Society is so corrupted and afraid of homosexuals. People need to swallow their ignorance and educate themselves on gays, lesbians, and everything in between. They need to stop fearing gays and believing in stupid stereotypes
